Colorado Conforming Loan Limits for 2025
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) increased conforming loan limits for 2025. This change makes it easier for Colorado homebuyers to secure the financing they need.
The 2025 conforming loan limit for the majority of Colorado is $806,500, reflecting a 5.2% increase from the 2024 limit of $766,550. This adjustment provides Colorado homebuyers with expanded financing opportunities and the potential for lower interest rates when purchasing higher-value homes.

Loan limits differ depending on county and property size. The table below shows the adjusted conforming loan limits for all counties in Colorado as well as for all four unit types. If you have any questions about these new loan limits, please contact us!
